It can be intimidating to start running as an adult. The fear of not being “fast enough” or able to run "far enough" keeps many people from even getting started.
We know what it's like to overcome those fears. Most of the people who run with us just started running in the past few years as adults.
We're a judgement-free group and we believe every step is a success. We'd love to support you as you start a running or run-walking program. We'll share advice and stories from our miles on the road.
Couch-to-5K
Our couch-to-5K training program is a free guided 9-week program to get you ready for a 5K. If you need to start with just walking, let us know and we can give you advice on how to adapt this program.
